We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The food was absolutely delicious and well prepared [10/10], just as we expected, with a good selection on the menu. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Everything was well organized and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay, and we would definitely love to visit again.

Our stay at Nicollas Cottage was truly special and something we will always cherish. Perched in the hills with breathtaking views, the cottage provided the perfect setting for a reunion that had been 30 years in the making. Fourteen college friends gathered here for four unforgettable days, reliving memories, sharing laughter, and reconnecting as if time had never passed. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery made every moment even more meaningful. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. What made the experience truly exceptional was the warm hospitality of Ruwan and Vasantha. Their kindness, attentiveness, and ever-present smiles made us feel like family. No request was ever too much for them. The food was simply outstanding. We asked for traditional dishes, and Ruwan delivered beyond expectations. Every meal was prepared with care using fresh vegetables, meat, and fish, and each dish reminded us of authentic home-style cooking. A special thanks also to Shane, who coordinated the booking. From the very beginning, he kept every promise and responded promptly to every question, ensuring everything went smoothly. Nicollas Cottage is not just a place to stay — it’s a place where memories are made. Whether with family or a small group of friends, it is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy life. We had an amazing stay here. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Food is good and they have a decent menu. Service is 10/10! Our host was Rowan and he made us feel like home. Very welcoming and he even prepared a meal for us past midnight because we couldn’t find a restaurant at that time. They’re so kind and I will definitely come back

The room had everything you need, everything was clean and well-designed. We had delicious breakfasts and a beautiful view of the mountains and farmsteads. I highly recommend this place!!!

I had an amazing experience at Nicholas Cottage, Nuwara Eliya. The bungalow, food, and overall service were all top standard—truly exceeding expectations. The place is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special mention goes to Ruwan, the caretaker. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied throughout our stay. His dedication and hospitality made the experience even better.
