1. Check-In / Check-Out:
Guests shall adhere to the official check-in and check-out times stated on the invoice.
2. Arrival / Departure Notice:
The caretaker must be informed in advance of any early arrival or late departure.
3. Identification:
Guests must present valid identification and provide accurate registration details.
4. Payment:
Full payment (100%) is due at the time of check-in.
5. Cancellations & Refunds:
Online bookings are subject to the policies of the respective platforms (Website, Booking.com, Agoda.com, and Airbnb).
5.1 No-Show:
Advance payments are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
5.2 Force Majeure:
Guests may reschedule or defer their booking within six (06) months of the original reservation date without penalty in cases of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond their control.
6. Food Policy:
Consumption of food inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.
7. Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours must be observed to ensure a peaceful environment. Loud music or singing is not permitted after 11:00 PM, and noise must be kept to a minimum at all times.
8. Children:
Playing in the lobby area is strictly prohibited.
9. Emergencies:
In the event of an emergency, guests must immediately contact the caretaker.
10. Smoking:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the rooms and the lobby. They are permitted only in designated balcony and outdoor areas.
11. Room Capacity:
Guests shall comply with the designated occupancy limits specified on the invoice.
12. Pets:
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
13. Damages & Property:
Any damage or missing items must be reported promptly. Removal of guest house property is not allowed.
14. Room Key:
Guests must safeguard their room key, return it upon check-out, and report any loss immediately. Rooms must be locked when left unattended.
15. Valuables:
Guests are responsible for securing their valuables. The property is monitored by CCTV.
16. Amenities:
Hotel amenities must be used responsibly. Additional charges may apply for certain services.
17. Feedback:
Guest feedback is welcomed and appreciated.
18. Incident Reporting:
Any issues must be reported promptly to the front desk or caretaker for immediate action.
